- The company Daywork s.r.o. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Company") processes your personal data necessary for the proper performance of its activities (hereinafter also referred to as "Personal Data").
- The Company processes your Personal Data only for the purposes and on the legal bases set out below:
- the performance of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as the "Contract")
- arketing – based on your revocable consent
Google AdWords – identification within Google's advertising network, retargeting of advertising (remarketing).
Sklik – identification within the Seznam.cz advertising network, retargeting of advertising (retargeting).
Facebook Pixel – identification within the Facebook ad network, retargeting of ads.
- Personal data will be provided by the company to the following third parties:
- persons providing server, web, cloud or IT services or who are its business partners;
- also the accountant for the purpose of the contract's performance
- may also be provided to an external law firm for the purpose of the contract’s performance;
- Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties from outside the EU and EEA.
- The personal data will be processed by the Company for the duration of the Contract or for the period necessary to fulfil the Company's archiving obligations, in accordance with applicable law, but no longer than 10 years from its termination. The information stored on the basis of the consent given will be processed for a period of 3 years from the date of consent.
- You have the following rights under data protection regulations:
- The right of access to Personal Data with the Company, which means that you can at any time request confirmation from the Company as to whether or not the Personal Data concerning you is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long it will be processed, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where the Personal Data was obtained from, and whether or not automated decision-making, including possible profiling, is taking place on the basis of the processing of Personal Data. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and the Company may charge a reasonable administrative fee for further provision.
- The right to rectification of Personal Data, which means that you can ask the company to correct or complete Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to erasure of Personal Data, which means that the Company must erase your Personal Data if (I) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (II) you withdraw consent and there is no further reason for the processing, (III) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, (IV) the processing is unlawful, or (V) a legal obligation to do so exists.
- The right to restrict the processing of Personal Data, which means that until the disputed issues regarding the processing of your Personal Data are resolved, specifically if (I) you dispute the accuracy of the Personal Data, (II) the processing is unlawful but instead of erasing the Personal Data you only want to restrict the processing, (III) the company no longer needs the Personal Data for the purposes of the processing but you do (IV) or if you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 1.7.6, the company may only store the Personal Data and further processing is subject to your consent or that the data is needed for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
- The right to data portability, which means that you have the right to receive your Personal Data that you have provided to the Company with your consent to processing or for the purposes of performance of a contract in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, you have the right to have our Company transfer that data to another controller.
- The right to object to the processing of Personal Data, which means that you can object to the processing of your Personal Data in writing or electronically to the Company, which will cause the Company to no longer process the Personal Data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms.
- You may exercise all your rights set out in the preceding paragraph with the Company either in writing by registered letter sent to its registered office or electronically at the e-mail address v.cesek@ns-recycling.cz.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of Personal Data with the Office for Personal Data Protection at: www.uoou.cz.
- The provision of personal data for the purpose of concluding a contract is required because it is necessary for the performance of the obligations under the contract or because the provision of such data is required by law. Failure to provide data may result in the contract not being concluded.
- There is no automated decision-making or profiling based on the Personal Data processed.
- If the company wishes to use personal data for a purpose other than that set out in this information clause, it will promptly provide you with information about that other purpose and the other information set out in this clause.
- We determine your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires as part of the Customer Verified program, in which our online shop is involved. We send the questionnaires to you every time you make a purchase with us, unless you refuse to receive them in accordance with Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. on certain information society services. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires within the framework of the Customer Verified program is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with your purchase with us. We use a processor for sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback and analyzing our market position, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal; for these purposes we may pass on information about the goods you have purchased and your e-mail address. Your personal data is not passed on to any third party for their own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can object to the sending of email questionnaires under the Customer Verified program at any time by rejecting further questionnaires using the link in the email containing the questionnaire. If you object, we will not send you the questionnaire.
